2011 05 27 - Eurovision semi-final, Lithuania under the commission votes ahead of Azerbaijan
International performers competition in the official Eurovision website
has published the results of ballots.These data suggest that in the
first semi-final, Lithuania, the commission allocated the maximum number
of points - 113 points, while Azerbaijan winner -108. However, Ell
& Nikki were a great audience support - 124 points from viewers and
Lithuania had 52 points.
Representatives of Lithuania with the song "C'est ma vie" in this
contest took place in 19, and the Eurovision finals this year, appeared
in 25 countries.
2011 05 11 - The song “C`est ma vie“ – in the final of Eurovision !!!
The song “C`est ma vie “, written by the pianist and composer Paulius
Zdanavičius and performed by Evelina Sašenko, was able to fascinate the
audience of “Eurovision” and terminate the series of Lithuanian
misfortunes in this contest. The singer defeated the semifinal of the
contest that takes part in Düsseldorf this year and will continue the
struggle in the final which will take place on Saturday.
Representatives of 19 countries took part in the first semifinal on
Tuesday. E. Sašenko performed seventeenth. 10 performers fought their
way from the first semifinal.
The performance of the Lithuanian representative distinguished for its
simplicity - E. Sašenko was alone on the stage, she was only accompanied
by the author of the song, Paulius Zdanavičius, who played the grand
piano.
The final will take place on Saturday, and Evelina Sašenko with Paulius Zdanavičius will perform the fourth.

The concert "Cosy Evening with Pianist Paulius Zdanavicius and Friends" will take place at Kaunas State Philharmonic Hall (L. Sapiegos Str. 5) on the 25th of October at 5 p.m.

festivals, Pazaislis music and Kristupas summer festivals. With various
jazz bands he had concerts in Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Sweden, Norway,
Spain and other European countries.
